Hello and Welcome to ECLC
The Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) was opened on the Bethany University Campus in the Fall of 1989. The Center was established to provide a warm and loving Christian preschool environment for the families of the Scotts Valley community. It was also designed to support the Child Development majors at Bethany by providing a quality program for the student's field placement and internship coursework. This infusion of student energy, collaboration with the current Children's Developmental Studies program, together with a committed and loving staff, makes ECLC a vibrant place to be!
